Merge onto I-205 south.
Take I-84 west/US 30 west exit, exit number 21B, towards Portland.
Merge onto I- 84 west.
Take I-5 south towards Salem.
Take exit 289 towards Tualatin/Sherwood.
Turn left on SW Nyberg Rd.
Turn Right on SW 65th Ave.
Turn Right onto SW Sagert St.
Turn Right onto SW 72nd Ave., just before you cross back over I-5.
Take the first left into the parking lot of the South Place Building,
19801 SW 72nd. PCT is on the third Floor, Suite 350.

From Portland:
Take I-5 south towards Salem.
